- 1 cup wild & brown rice (dry)
- 1 cup tri-color pasta (dry)
- 1 cup toasted unsalted soybeans
- 1 cup toasted unsalted chickpeas
- 1/2 cup hulled unsalted pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup rolled oats (roasted)
- 1 cup bran flakes (cereal)
- 1 cup Cheerios toasted oat cereal
- 1 cup granola cereal
- 1 cup wheat, kernels (Hard)
- 1 cup wheat, kernels (Soft)
- 1 cup spelt, kernels
- 1 cup rye meal, kernels
- 1 cup rye flakes
- 1 cup wheat germ
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup soyabean nuggets (3 portions (or more)
- 1 cup pot barley
- 1 cup split peas (dried or raw)
- 1 cup lentils
- 1/2 cup flax seed
Method
- Mix all together and store in airtight container up to 2 weeks.
- If longer than 2 weeks, freeze for later use.
