Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. butter
- 5 eggs
- 4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 c. sweet milk
- 1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
- 1 c. frozen coconut
Method
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Beat eggs well and add to creamed mixture.
- Dust nuts with 2 tablespoons flour.
- Then combine remaining flour and baking powder.
- Add graham cracker crumbs and flour, alternately with milk, to batter, mixing well after each addition.
- Add nuts and coconut last.
