Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 large instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 (8 oz.) cake cream cheese (whipped)
  • 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • walnuts
  • cherries
  • 2 c. milk

Method

  • Mix cake as on box.
  • Pour into greased 14 x 20-inch cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
  • Cool completely.
  • Make pudding using milk and adding cream cheese.
  • Beat together. Spread on cake.
  • Spread drained pineapple on top, then spread stiff Cool Whip on top of pineapple.
  • Sprinkle with chopped nuts and dot with cherries.
