Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 large instant vanilla pudding
- 1 (8 oz.) cake cream cheese (whipped)
- 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 large Cool Whip
- walnuts
- cherries
- 2 c. milk
Method
- Mix cake as on box.
- Pour into greased 14 x 20-inch cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Make pudding using milk and adding cream cheese.
- Beat together. Spread on cake.
- Spread drained pineapple on top, then spread stiff Cool Whip on top of pineapple.
- Sprinkle with chopped nuts and dot with cherries.
