Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/4 c. uncooked rice
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
- 2 Tbsp. diced onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (10 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Combine first 6 ingredients with 1/4 cup of the condensed tomato soup.
- Mix well, then shape into about 20 small balls. Place in skillet.
- Mix remaining soup, water and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour over the meat balls and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat; cover and simmer 40 minutes, stirring often.
- Serves 5.
