Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1/4 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. diced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (10 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Method

  • Combine first 6 ingredients with 1/4 cup of the condensed tomato soup.
  • Mix well, then shape into about 20 small balls. Place in skillet.
  • Mix remaining soup, water and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Pour over the meat balls and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat; cover and simmer 40 minutes, stirring often.
  • Serves 5.
