Ingredients
- 2 lb. stew beef or London broil, cubed
- 1 (32 oz.) bottle ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 bag egg noodles
Method
- In a large pot, brown the meat on all sides in the oil.
- Do not drain.
- Add ketchup and a cup or 2 of water.
- Simmer for 2 to 3 hours; adding water if mixture becomes too thick.
- Stir occasionally.
- Sauce should resemble spaghetti sauce in thickness. In a separate pot, cook noodles according to package directions. Drain.
- Serve sauce over noodles and serve.
