Ingredients
- 2 c. macaroni
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 large can tomato sauce
Method
- Cook macaroni in salted water 7 minutes; drain.
- In a large casserole dish, place tomatoes, salt and macaroni.
- Cook onion, green pepper and ground chuck until meat is lightly browned.
- Add to casserole with a large can of tomato sauce.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Serves 8.
