Ingredients
- 1 12 cups rice, rinsed and uncooked
- 8 chicken thighs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mushroom, sliced
- 1 12 cups chicken broth
- 1 (14 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
Method
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Combine ingredients in 9x13 baking dish, and top with chicken thighs.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and check rice; if dry, sprinkle with water.
- Bake 15 more minutes.
