Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. crushed saltine crackers
- 1/2 c. small onion, diced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of tomato soup, undiluted
- cooked rice or noodles
Method
- In a mixing bowl, combine first six ingredients.
- Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls.
- Place on a rack in a baking pan.
- Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
