Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger meat
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup
  • 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Method

  • Saute
  • hamburger meat
  • until
  • brown.
  • Drain
  • well.
  • Add onion and cook until
  • tender.
  • Add
  • remaining
  • ingredients and stir over low heat until cheese melts.
  • Serve in a slow cooker or a fondue dish to keep
  • hot.
  • Stir often to keep from sticking.
  • Keep on low heat.
