Ingredients
- 2 lb. chuck, trimmed and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 large can potatoes
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 1/2 can water
- 1/4 c. red wine
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 large can carrots
Method
- Mix all ingredients.
- Bake in covered 3-quart casserole at 275° for 4 to 5 hours, until meat is tender.
- Serves 6.
