Ingredients
- 2 lb. stew beef
- 3 medium carrots, sliced
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 potatoes, chopped (skins on)
- vegetables (any leftover or frozen)
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 can water
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/4 c. pickle juice
Method
- Mix all ingredients together; no need to brown the meat.
- Cook in Dutch oven for 5 hours at 300° or in crock-pot all day.
- Resist the urge to lift the cover for a peek.
