- 1 family-sized pkg. chicken breasts, skinned
- seasoning (salt and pepper)
- 1 pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 pkg. sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. thin smoked beef
Method
- Skin chicken breasts, season to taste with salt and pepper. Add water, cover and cook until almost done.
- Soften cream cheese in a separate dish.
- Add sour cream and soups.
- Mix together well. Add broth from cooked chicken.
- Wrap chicken with thin smoked beef slices.
- Pour cream mixture over chicken and beef and cook until done.
- Serve over rice or creamed potatoes.
