Ingredients

  • 1 family-sized pkg. chicken breasts, skinned
  • seasoning (salt and pepper)
  • 1 pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 pkg. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg. thin smoked beef

Method

  • Skin chicken breasts, season to taste with salt and pepper. Add water, cover and cook until almost done.
  • Soften cream cheese in a separate dish.
  • Add sour cream and soups.
  • Mix together well. Add broth from cooked chicken.
  • Wrap chicken with thin smoked beef slices.
  • Pour cream mixture over chicken and beef and cook until done.
  • Serve over rice or creamed potatoes.
