Ingredients
- 2 hard-cooked eggs
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can green beans
- 2 tsp. butter or oleo
- 2 tsp. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Method
- Chop egg whites.
- Mash the egg yolks.
- Heat the beans.
- Make a cream sauce of butter, flour, salt, pepper and milk.
- Remove from heat, stir in mayonnaise and egg whites.
- Drain the beans, cover with sauce.
- Garnish with mashed egg yolks.
- Serves 4.
