Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 1 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. cream Italian dressing
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. water
Method
- Peel and quarter potatoes, then put into 2-quart pot.
- Add seasoning, then add flour.
- Shake together in pot.
- Add dressing and butter, then cover with water.
- Cover and cook on very low heat.
- Stir occasionally until potatoes are done.
