Ingredients
- 2 lb. beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3/4 c. sherry
- 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans condensed golden mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 c. water
Method
- Brown beef in butter.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook over low heat 2 hours or until tender.
- Stir now and then. Serve over noodles.
