Ingredients
- 3 c. cubed potatoes
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. celery, sliced
- 1/2 c. carrots, sliced
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Method
- Combine first 9 ingredients.
- Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle flour over cold milk and shake.
- Gradually add to hot mixture, stirring until thickens.
- Remove from heat and add sliced cheese.
