Ingredients

  • 1 lg. can pineapple juice (tall can)
  • 2- 12 oz. cans frozen orange juice
  • 1- 12 oz. can frozen lemonade
  • 6 c. water
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 5 bananas pureed in blender
  • 6- 28 oz. bottles of Ginger Ale or 3- 2 liter bottles

Method

  • Combine all ingredients, except Ginger Ale.
  • Freeze in zip-lock bags (I put three in one gallon bag); then later add 1-2 liters of Ginger Ale for each zip-lock bag that is put in the punch bowl. Remove frozen bag from the freezer for 45 minutes before serving. Just before serving, add the Ginger Ale.
  • Yields 45- 50 cups.
