Ingredients

  • Insides of 8 medium Koosa
  • 3 tbsp parsley
  • 3 tbsp green onions
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 cube of chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp of flour
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Oil for frying

Method

  • Hollow out the inside of the koosas and save the outside for another dish.
  • Chop up the koosa insides and try to squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
  • Beat the two eggs with some salt and pepper, and add to the koosa
  • Combine the chicken stock cube with enough water to dissolve it (roughly 3 tbsp) and add to mixture
  • Add the parsley, green onions, flour and mix. The mixture should be the same consistency as pancake batter
  • Use a tablespoon to drop small batches of the mixture into hot oil. Flip once and remove when golden brown. Should need only 5 minutes in the fryer.
