Ingredients
- Insides of 8 medium Koosa
- 3 tbsp parsley
- 3 tbsp green onions
- 2 eggs
- 1 small red onion
- 1 cube of chicken stock
- 2 tbsp of flour
- Salt and Pepper
- Oil for frying
Method
- Hollow out the inside of the koosas and save the outside for another dish.
- Chop up the koosa insides and try to squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
- Beat the two eggs with some salt and pepper, and add to the koosa
- Combine the chicken stock cube with enough water to dissolve it (roughly 3 tbsp) and add to mixture
- Add the parsley, green onions, flour and mix. The mixture should be the same consistency as pancake batter
- Use a tablespoon to drop small batches of the mixture into hot oil. Flip once and remove when golden brown. Should need only 5 minutes in the fryer.
