Ingredients
- 1 c. flour, sifted
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1 c. flour, sifted
- 3 eggs
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Put 1 cup flour into bowl.
- Cut in butter; sprinkle with 2 tablespoons water and mix with fork.
- Mix into a ball and divide in half.
- Pat and roll dough into 2 (12 x 3-inch) strips.
- Place 3 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
