Ingredients
- 1 1/2 to 2 pound Italian sausage
- 1 med. onion
- 1 lg. green pepper
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 (8 ounce.) tomato sauce
Method
- Brown sausage.
- If very greasy, pour off most of grease.
- Add in onions halfway through browning.
- Add in peppers and continue to brown.
- Add in tomatoes and tomato sauce.
- Cover (slightly ajar).
- Cook till sausage is done, at least 20 min.
- Can add in salt, pepper, Italian seasoning to taste.
- Serve with crusty bread.
