Ingredients
- 2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
- 1/2 c. green onions, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
- 1/2 c. milk
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 c. crushed corn flakes
Method
- Mix potatoes and onions.
- Mix next four ingredients until blended.
- Pour over potatoes.
- Crush corn flakes and mix with melted butter.
- Sprinkle over top of potatoes.
- Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
