Ingredients
- 6 to 8 cooking apples, quartered
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- In a well greased dish, place apples.
- Sift together sugar, flour and cinnamon.
- Add butter using a pastry blender until crumbly.
- Pack closely over apples.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until top is brown.
