Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. diced cheese
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. croutons
- salt to taste
Method
- Cut cabbage coarse and boil in salted water for 8 minutes; drain.
- Melt butter in saucepan.
- Add flour and blend. Gradually add milk and stir in cheese.
- Stir until thick and smooth.
- Spray casserole with Pam.
- Alternate cabbage and sauce in casserole.
- Top with croutons and bake for 30 minutes in 350° oven.
