Ingredients
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. milk
- 2 1/2 c. sweetened fruit
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
Method
- Melt oleo.
- Set aside to cool; mix flour, sugar and milk. Pour mixture over butter.
- Mix 2 1/2 cups fruit (fruit can be doubled).
- Also add 1/2 teaspoon almond extract to the fruit. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
