Ingredients
- 1 gal. green tomatoes, cut
- 1 gal. onions, sliced
- 1 lb. hot peppers, cut
- 4 bell peppers, cut
- 1/2 c. salt
- 1 qt. vinegar
- 4 c. sugar
Method
- Mix all ingredients; put on a slow fire until sugar has melted. Then cook for 25 minutes.
