Ingredients
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1/2 c. cranberry juice
- 2 Tbsp. hot Poupon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 lb. kielbasa
- 2 oz. dry white wine
Method
- Cut kielbasa on bias 1/4-inch.
- Place in a large saute pan. Mix other ingredients except wine.
- Pour over kielbasa; at high heat, simmer close to 10 minutes, until glaze forms.
- Stir to keep from sticking.
- Splash in wine during last few minutes.
- Serve in a large bowl.
- Can be served with party dark rye bread.
