Ingredients
- 1 qt. water
- 2 c. diced potatoes
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 20 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Method
- Add first 5 ingredients and cook until tender, approximately 1 hour.
- Add soup and cheese. Simmer 15 minutes and enjoy!
