Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. molasses
- 4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cloves
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. ginger
Method
- Cream the first 4 ingredients together.
- Sift the flour and add the rest of the dry ingredients.
- Slowly mix the flour into the creamed mixture and stir until well blended.
- Make balls the size of walnuts and roll each in granulated sugar.
- Place on a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350° for about 12 minutes.
