Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. gingersnap crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
Method
- Blend thoroughly in a 9-inch pie pan.
- Save 1/4 cup for topping.
- Press remaining mixture firmly in an even layer against bottom and sides of pie pan.
- Bake in 350° oven for 10 minutes. Cool and fill.
