Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp. molasses
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/4 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
  • 1 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, shaved into curls

Method

  • Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl.
  • Whisk egg, milk, molasses and oil until blended.
  • Add to dry ingredients; stir just until moistened.
  • Ladle batter onto hot nonstick griddle or into hot nonstick skillet, using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
  • Cook until bubbles form on tops, then turn to brown other sides.
  • Serve topped with COOL WHIP and chocolate.
