Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
- 2 small onions, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 6 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro
- 4 tsp. grated fresh ginger
- 4 tsp. dried red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp. turmeric
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Add water to thin, if necessary.
- Transfer to a bowl. Serve peanut dip with fresh vegetables.
- Yields 2 cups.
