Ingredients
- 1 pt. fresh oysters
- 2 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 tsp. pressed garlic
- 4 Tbsp. high quality olive oil
- Tony Chachere seasoning to taste
Method
- Rinse and drain oysters in colander. Spray a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish with Pam.
- Sprinkle 1 cup Italian bread crumbs on the bottom of the baking dish.
- Evenly place drained oysters on top of the bread crumbs.
- Sprinkle pressed garlic on top of the oysters. Layer Parmesan cheese and last cup of Italian bread crumbs evenly on oysters.
- Drizzle melted butter evenly over bread crumbs. Sprinkle olive oil with butter.
- Sprinkle Tony Chachere seasoning last.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Serves 10 to 12 people.
