Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs (Italian are good)
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • olive oil
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • cornstarch (to thicken tomatoes)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 6 oz. can tomato paste
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
  • 2 c. (4 oz.) noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1/4 c. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • 3/4 c. (3 oz.) Kraft grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Method

  • Brown meat; drain.
  • Add onion, green pepper and garlic.
  • Cook until tender.
  • Stir in tomato paste, water and seasonings.
  • Cover; simmer 15 minutes.
