Ingredients
- 2 c. chicken broth
- onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 boiled eggs
Method
- Cook giblets and chop into broth.
- Add onion, celery and poultry seasoning.
- Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Add salt, pepper and egg slices.
- Dissolve flour in water before stirring into broth.
- Bring to boil and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
