Ingredients
- 2 medium baking potatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Scrub potatoes and dry.
- Prick skin with fork in several places to allow steam to escape.
- Place on oven rack.
- Bake 50 minutes to 1 hour or until potatoes feel soft when touched.
- Remove.
