Ingredients
- 2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can chicken gumbo soup
- 1 1/2 cans water
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup
- 2 fryers, cut up
Method
- Mix rice, soup and water in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/4 package onion soup.
- Lay chicken on top and sprinkle with rest of dry onion soup.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake at 325° for 2 hours.
