Ingredients
- 2 c. chicken or turkey broth
- 1 c. water (warm)
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- giblets, cooked
Method
- In a pot bring 2 cups of broth to a boil.
- Add cut up giblets. In measuring cup, add 1 cup of warm water.
- Stir in cornstarch until it is not lumpy.
- Add to broth and stir constantly.
