Ingredients
- 6 cooked potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 3 teaspoons onions, chopped
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
Method
- Fry bacon until crisp.
- To bacon grease add vinegar, sugar, and flour to thicken.
- Boil slowly 5 minutes.
- Place potatoes, eggs, and onion in bowl.
- Pour vinegar and sugar mixture over potatoes.
- Serve hot.
- Garnish with paprika.
