Ingredients

  • 3 oz. pkg. lime jello
  • 3 oz. pkg. raspberry jello
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water (for each package)
  • 3 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. Cool Whip

Method

  • Dissolve lime and raspberry jello separately using 1 1/2 cups boiling water for each package.
  • Pour into separate 8-inch square pans; chill until firm.
  • Cut into small cubes.
  • Combine marshmallows, pineapple and jello mixing lightly.
  • Fold in Cool Whip.
  • Pour into spring-form pan lined with ladyfingers, split and cut in half.
  • Chill several hours and serve.
  • Can be mixed as a salad eliminating ladyfingers.
  • This salad is pretty for Christmas.
