Ingredients
- 3 oz. pkg. lime jello
- 3 oz. pkg. raspberry jello
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water (for each package)
- 3 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 c. Cool Whip
Method
- Dissolve lime and raspberry jello separately using 1 1/2 cups boiling water for each package.
- Pour into separate 8-inch square pans; chill until firm.
- Cut into small cubes.
- Combine marshmallows, pineapple and jello mixing lightly.
- Fold in Cool Whip.
- Pour into spring-form pan lined with ladyfingers, split and cut in half.
- Chill several hours and serve.
- Can be mixed as a salad eliminating ladyfingers.
- This salad is pretty for Christmas.
