Ingredients
- 3 lb. chicken wings
- 1/3 c. chili sauce or ketchup
- 1/3 c. soy sauce or Kikkoman sauce
- 1/3 c. honey (1/2 c. if more than 3 lb. wings)
- 1 tsp. ginger or to taste
- 2 tsp. chopped garlic or to taste
Method
- Combine ingredients and marinate at least 4 hours or overnight (plastic bowl), turning over 1 to 2 times.
- Bake at 350°, uncovered, in a huge casserole dish for 45 minutes or until wings are all glazed.
- Last 3 to 4 minutes, broil to crisp.
