Ingredients
- 6 pork chops, browned
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 c. potatoes, quartered
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
Method
- Brown pork chops and place in baking pan.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place potatoes and onion on top of pork chops. Gradually add milk to the soup and stir until smooth.
- Pour over potatoes.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
- Makes its own gravy.
