Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 4 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- minced parsley
Method
- Combine mustard and vinegar in a small bowl.
- Add olive oil in a thin stream, whisking constantly.
- Season with pepper and add the garlic clove.
- Mix to blend.
- For best flavor, let dressing stand for 30 minutes.
- Before serving, mix in parsley.
- Serves 10 with 95 calories and 10 grams of fat.
