Ingredients
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 pound medium, peeled and deveined raw shrimp
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Method
- Peel the garlic, finely chop, and place in a large saute pan with the oil and red pepper flakes.
- Cook over medium-high heat for 30 seconds.
- Add the shrimp and lemon juice and cook, stirring constantly, for 3 to 4 minutes, until the shrimp turn pink and curl slightly.
- Place the shrimp on a plate and serve immediately with toothpicks on the side.
