- 2 1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 ( 10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 2 c. crushed potato chips
- 2/3 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Method
- Combine all ingredients except potato chips and cheese; blend well.
- Spoon into a lightly greased casserole; sprinkle with potato chips.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven until cheese melts.
- This recipe makes six servings.
