Ingredients
- 4 potatoes
- 1 cup cottage cheese regular
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon montreal steak seasoning
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
Method
- Boil the potatoes until soft, drain and whip or mash.
- Blend cottage cheese and evaporated milk
- Add crushed garlic and seasoning
- Add cottage cheese mixture to the potatoes and stir.
- Garnish with parsley if desired.
