Ingredients

  • 1 large bologna (according to how many you serve)

Method

  • With sharp knife, cut skin of bologna. Cut into 1/2-inch or more diamond shapes.
  • Punch holes all the way through so the basting gets in all the meat. Baste generously with brown sugar and pineapple or use any kind of jelly to suit taste.
  • Bake in oven until piping hot all the way through, or if you prefer, put on rotisserie and use barbecue sauce instead of brown sugar. Baste every 15 minutes for a barbecue flavor. Delicious either way.
