- 20 cloves garlic thinly sliced

Method
- Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over moderate heat.
- Add garlic slices and saute until lightly browned, about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Drain garlic on paper towels.
- Sprinkle with salt and serve.
