Ingredients

  • 6 whole Peeled Russet Potatoes
  • 6 whole Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 3 stalks Celery
  • 1 whole Purple Onion
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder, To Taste
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt To Taste
  • 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper To Taste
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise (Best Foods)

Method

  • Boil potatoes until tender. Let potatoes chill or reach room temperature. Cut potatoes into 1-inch cubes. Chop egg, celery, purple onion. Mix in garlic powder, salt, pepper, and mayo (if you desire more or less mayo, go ahead and adjust accordingly). Make sure you don't over mix and smash potatoes. Place into a serving bowl and enjoy!
