Ingredients
- 1 (32 ounce) package frozen hash browns
- 2 cups cubed Velveeta cheese
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 tablespoons grated onions
- For the topping
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cups corn flakes
Method
- Mix all of the ingredients together and put in a 9 by 13 pan.
- Mix the ingredients for the topping and spead out over the casserole.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
- Tip: Mixing in the hashbrowns last makes stirring them in a lot easier.
