Ingredients
- 1 pkg. brownie mix
- 1 (16 oz.) can pitted cherries in water, well drained
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
- ice cream
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Combine brownie mix, cherries and egg. Beat with spoon about 50 strokes or just until moistened.
- Fold in chips.
- Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
- Bake for 28 to 30 minutes or until dry on top.
- Cool.
- Cut into squares and top with ice cream.
